If you are having difficulty submitting your order with our secure checkout pages i.e. the 'Submit Order' button is unresponsive, please read and attempt the following:

  • If you are attempting to checkout via PayPal, then the system requires that you first enter in your billing details (address) under Step 2 and then click 'Submit Order' before it will allow you to proceed to PayPal's checkout. PayPal will then walk you through the rest.
  • Whether you are using PayPal or not, make sure Step 2 is filled out correctly. i.e. the State matches the Country. *Non-U.S. states are at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
  • Try checking out through an alternative web browser such as Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome etc.
