If you've received a failed transaction notice with regards to your monthly or annual AE+ subscription membership, you'll be given 15 days from the first notice until your subscription is automatically cancelled.
To update your payment information, log into our learning environment [here] and click "My Account" on the left-hand side navigation menu. From there you'll have the option to update your payment details.
If you're having difficulty logging in, follow the steps below:
1.) Click "Forgot Password?" below the username and password fields.
3.) In the window that pops up, enter in the email address you had used to make your purchases. Click "Send Password".
4.) Check your email inbox for an email titled "AE Password Reset". Included in this will be your last known username and password.
